'India: Issues for 2013' with Ambassador Nirupama Rao

Ambassador of India to the United States, Nirupama Rao, a guest of the Program on Indian Economic Policy, discussed an array of issues related to India before an overflow crowd at the School of International and Public Affairs. Ambassador Rao was introduced by Arvind Panagariya, Columbia University Professor of Economics and Indian Political Economy. The question and answer portion was presided by Jagdish Bhagwati, Columbia University Professor of Economics, Law and International Affairs. Ambassador Rao spoke at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs on April 2, 2013.
