2023 Columbia Summit on Indian Economy

About the Summit


On March 24th & March 25th, Columbia University's Raj Center will host the Columbia Summit on the Indian Economy in partnership with the Consulate General of India in New York.

This will be the third Columbia Indian Economy Summit which brings together academics, business leaders and policy makers to discuss Indian economic policies, reforms and their impact. Spread over nine sessions on March 24th (9:00am to 5:30pm ET) to March 25th (9:30am to 5:00pm ET), the conference will feature five policy papers by distinguished academics, three policy panels and one "In Conversation" event. Subjects include overall macro and growth propsects, trade, poverty & inequality amidst covid-19, education, the future of the Indian economy, and a lot more.

All sessions will be held on the 15th floor of the International Affairs building at Columbia University - 420 West 118th Street New York, NY 10027
